SUPPLIES

• Woven fabric (such as linen, voile, lawn, rayon, or cotton)
• 1 1/2 yards of 1—11/2″-wide non-roll elastic
• Large safety pin or bodkin’
• 5 yards of pre-pressed bias tape
• Matching all-purpose thread
• Removable fabric marker or tailor’s chalk
• Serger (optional)
