Cute Coordinating Reversible Apron

With this video, you will learn how to make a cute and fun reversible apron. Liz and Elizabeth Evans love teaching simple sewing projects. This is a great project if you are a beginner sewist. If you can sew a straight line, you can sew this apron. It can be easily completed in an afternoon.

For this project, pick 3 coordinating fabrics, one for the front, one for the back, and one for the waistband. What’s fun about this apron is that it is reversible, so if you get one side dirty while cooking, you can switch it around before guests arrive.

Materials needed:

3/4 yard fabric for apron skirt front
3/4 yard fabric for apron skirt back
1 and 1/2 yard fabric for skirt waistband and tie
Seam ripper
Point turner
